Nina Murashkina who never expressed much humbleness or reserve creates a project in honor of herself in Ya Gallery Art Center. In the small hall of the art centre on Horyva Street the artist undertakes a study of the transformation of a woman's sensual side from child's uncertain guesses about the nature of the "down there" through sexual self-realization to maturity and fading. In Murashkina's case, it is impossible to expressly differentiate where the sex ends and the art begins, as all the causal links are intentionally broken.

Formally the project looks like an installation - a kind of an inclusion into her world - cruelly sweet and sincere, always on the edge. "The acuteness of feelings, passion, tears, pain, impulses, endless sadness and joy" - are key words of female and artistic origins. The main characters of the exhibition are not collages, drawings or objects, but the excessive strain created through their interaction with each other, with the colors of the walls (signature white, red and black), with the artist herself and her writing. The exhibition is Nina Murashkina herself, the quintessence of love, amor essentia. That's why the performance on the opening day deserves special attention: two women separated by 10 meters, 25 years and the whole life...
