History

Pavlo Gudimov Ya Gallery Art Center was opened on April 12, 2007. The main goal is consistent support, development and promotion of modern art. The activity of Ya Gallery is not limited to exhibitions organization, the Art Center conducts lectures and master classes, round tables and discussions, initiates museum projects, arranges exhibitions of Ukrainian artists outside the country, compiles library.

The activity of the Art Center was established on Voloska Street, but because of fire of the premises overnight into September 30, 2009, the place of location was changed after a while. The Art Center continued its work in new premises that opened in October 2009 on Khoryva Street. The premises became the main exhibition area of the Ya Gallery Art Center in Kyiv.

In December 2010 with the assistance of Pavlo Martynov the Ya Gallery Art Center was opened in Dnipropetrovsk.

The founder of Ya Gallery Art Center Pavlo Gudimov is the curator, collector, designer, and musician.
