Oleksandr Glyadelov
Born 1956 in Legnica (Poland). Lives and works in Kyiv since 1974.
Graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
Since 1989 - he is an independent professional photojournalist who has worked in Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Lithuania and Poland, Czech Republic, France, the United States, Switzerland, Somalia, Kenya, Southern Sudan, Moldova, Nagorno-Karabakh, Chechnya.
Since 1996, the photographer took part in the documentary photo projects and projects dedicated to socially disadvantaged children and epidemiology of HIV/AIDS.
Since 1997 he co-works with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and other organisations: HRW, THE GLOBAL FUND, UNAIDS, UNICEF.
