Born in 1977 in Zhydachiv city, Lviv Region. Lives and works in Lviv. Pavlo Gudimov calls him an "intellectual anarchist". Perfetskiy is not a street artist in the common sense, because he doesn't paint on the street walls but on the canvas (often created by other authors) and puts these works in the gallery spaces.
